People of Eve, i have decided to place a full set of +5 implants on my main & just train the living crap out of him for the next 3-6 months (that means no missions,no ratting,no fun), as a way to earn some isk during that downtime i have decided to create this lottery, if it takes off then i will try and make it bigger & bigger over the next few months.
45 tickets + 80 million each = 6 PRIZES !!!
As soon as the last ticket has been selected, this draw will be decided on the Australian Powerball Lottery, drawn every Thursday @ 8:30pm EST (Sydney Time), highly transparent & secure, no random number generators here. Powerball is drawn with 5 numbers (1-45) and one powerball (1-45). Prizes 6,5,4,3 & 2 will be decided in corresponding order to the draw and the main prize is the powerball, yes! this means you can win one of the 5 prizes PLUS the main prize!

I understand 80 mill isk is a lot of money and sometimes these draws can take a while to fill, so on that note i am offering the ability to REFUND your money before the last ticket is chosen (of course your number is forfeited).

We have to start somewhere, seeing as how theres so many lotteries out there i just wanted something that would stand out. Maybe the smart thing to do was to start off small and work my way up to 2 bill+ isk.
Those who have dealt with me out there know I'm a decent person, for the rest that havn't had the pleasure yet, nows your chance. Let's get this going so we can make it bigger as the months go on, with more prizes for runners-up and cheaper tickets.
Tickets are fully refundable before the final ticket is sold.

I'm here all week people ... all week.  (Sadly)
Anyway, there I was putting up a buy order of 1 isk for a Moros, one IÆve had my eye on for the longest time (hey I can dream), when my friend shows up in his pod outside my station. Apparently he just broke up with his missus; she's kicked him out of his POS, blew up his Raven & sent him on his way.
So the poor guy asks if he can spend the night, me having my eye on the hot tutorial agent down the hall, one strikingly beautiful Nagamac Lava from the Advisory Division, not wanting her to think IÆm anything but straight, I promptly throw him a pillow & blanket & send him to a secure container down in ITEMS.

Ok, so after 1 angry Chribba & several "cant afford ticket" posts ive decided to make this the cheapest lottery in EvE. Ok so the prizes arnt that great, but thats all i could scrounge up for 1 ISK a Ticket.

Ok, so the draw will take place later tonight (approximately 8hrs from now) IF the people that havenÆt paid canÆt pay up (trail accounts perhaps) an hour before the draw then there numbers will be forfeited & will be placed on sale again, if the tickets get sold within 30 minutes of the draw then the lottery will proceed, otherwise IÆm afraid we will have to wait until next Thursday.
I cannot get in touch with the 2 pilots that have paid but have selected taken numbers, if they log on before the draw & either post here or eve mail me there choice (40,41), if not then 1 hour before the draw I will allocate the 2 left over number randomly.
All items will be contracted to the winner in the Tash-Murkon region (high sec); hopefully we havenÆt had too many pirates or alts buy tickets ;)but in any case good luck to all.

Lol, I'm sorry i didn't mean that in a bad way, I just meant that ticket buyers security was high enough to travel to high-sec & pick up the prizes :) Even if not, I'm sure something will be arranged. And as for alts, well i cant really police that but first in best dressed i guess.

The 2 unpaid ticket holders have had there ticket's released to the public, first two to post here & pay claim the last remaining tickets - 12 & 28, (40,41 also available as choices).
